Personal Injury Representation Across Illinois

Lauren Rozich has spent 17 years fighting for people whose lives were turned upside down by someone else's negligence. Here's what we do.

Rozich Law Group handles the full range of personal injury matters across Illinois — from rear-end collisions to catastrophic trucking cases, from preventable medical errors to workplace injuries, from slip-and-falls to wrongful death. Every case gets the same approach: Lauren handles it personally, your file isn't handed to a junior, and you pay nothing unless we recover for you.

Common Questions

Personal Injury FAQ

How do I know which practice area my case falls under?
Most cases overlap more than one. A workplace injury caused by a defective machine is workers' comp and potentially product liability. A truck crash involving a delivery driver is a car accident and a commercial-trucking case. We figure out the right framing during the free consultation — your job is just to tell us what happened.
How are personal injury cases paid?
Rozich Law Group handles personal injury cases on contingency. No upfront cost, no hourly fees, no retainer. Lauren only gets paid if you recover. The fee is a percentage of the recovery, agreed up front in writing.
How long does a personal injury case take?
It depends on the injuries, the insurer, and whether the case settles or goes to trial. Simpler cases may resolve in months; complex cases with serious injuries can take a year or more. We don't rush to a low settlement just to close the file — and we don't drag a case out for no reason.
Do you only handle cases in Chicago?
No. Rozich Law Group represents clients across Illinois. The office is in Chicago's West Town, but we handle matters statewide and meet clients where it works for them.
What's the deadline to file a personal injury claim in Illinois?
Illinois generally gives you two years from the date of the injury for personal injury claims and from the date of death for wrongful death. Some matters have shorter notice requirements (medical malpractice, claims against government entities), and the clock can start differently for repetitive-injury or delayed-discovery cases. The safest move is to call early.
